Village
Tortuguero is a small village located on the northeast coast of Costa Rica. It can be correctly recognized as an island with a tropical rainforest weather all year long.
Having approximately two thousand habitants.
Founded in the early 1930's and declared National Park in 1974 using 99% of its National Park land for conservancy and onbly 1% for tourism.
How to get to Tortuguero
Once at La Pavona Main Dock or Tortuguero Main Dock
Once you arrive at La Pavona main dock or Tortuguero's Main Dock, there would be certified guides from the hotel waiting for you with your reservation's name.
